Sample Shortened Child Protection Policy

This policy should be used as a shortened, less comprehensive Child Protection Policy than the alternative Child Protection Policy below, however, please be aware that this is a policy at its most basic and time must be taken for organisations to amend and add to it to reflect changes or updates within your organisation.

Sample Secure Handling, Use, Storage and Retention of Disclosure Information Policy

This policy should be used by organisations who are in a position to fully comply with the storage and handling requirements of the Code of Practice (eg organisations that have a locked, non portable container to store Disclosure Certificates and are in a position to destroy Disclosure informtion within the required timescales).

This policy should be used by organisations who are NOT in a position to fully comply with the storage and handling requirements of the Code of Practice (eg organisations that DO NOT have a locked, non portable container to store Disclosure Certificates and are NOT in a position to destroy Disclosure informtion within the required timescales). Organisations must also sign up for either the shredding service or the telephone result service when signing up for this policy.
