Sample Risk Matrix

This is a sample risk matrix which is offered for free use to CRBS customers. Each organisation must make an individual assessment as to its suitability for their circumstances and CRBS is unable to assist further in this regard.

It is a requirement for organisations to have in place a secure handling, use and storage policy, and a copy of this should be submitted to CRBS as part of the enrolment process.  CRBS have following two types of sample secure handling policies available for you to download:

Secure Handling (Full-Compliance) - For organisations who are in a position to fully comply with the storage and handling requirements of the Code of Practice.

These have been developed to help you to improve your practice in coordinating and managing volunteers in your organisation and will enable you to develop your knowledge and skills, gain qualifications and take new ideas back into your organisation. PVG Application Guidance Notes

PVG Application guidance notes for use when submitting PVG Scheme Record applications to CRBS.  The following guidance notes are available for PVG Scheme Applications:

If your organisation is enrolled with CRBS and wishes to access disclosure certificates on behalf of other not for profit voluntary sector organisations you must complete and return this form for approval by CRBS before starting the process.

Please refer to the Intermediary Body Contract PVG Contract Form Guidelines for help with completing this form.
