Organisation A is a registered Care Home service with the Care Inspectorate. Any employment or work concerned with this service is therefore entitled to a standard disclosure.

The organisation required a standard disclosure for the position of office administrator. The following papework should be completed and submitted to CRBS:

Organisation B provides a community transport service for individuals to attend their hospital appointments. This service is not open to all, only those who are unable to access suitable transport for themselves. This organisation would be deemed as a service similar to a health service and therefore positions that enable the holder of the position to have access to those in receipt of the transport service would be eligible to a standard disclosure.

The organisation requires a standard disclosure for the position of office administrator. The following paperwork should be completed and submitted to CRBS:

Organisation C provides numeracy and literacy support to individuals in Prison

The organisation requires an enhanced disclosure for the position of prison visitor. The following paperwork should be completed and submitted to CRBS:

Organisation D provides sports activities to children on a weekly basis.

The organisation requires a PVG Scheme record disclosure for the position of assistant sports coach volunteer. The following paperwork should be completed and submitted to CRBS:

• PVG Scheme Coversheet
• Childrens Checklist

Definition of a Welfare Service

Organisation E provides advice, counselling, support and assistance to individuals with drug and alcohol dependency issues.

To date the organisation has not submitted any PVG applications to CRBS.

The organisation requires a PVG Scheme record disclosure for the position of project support worker (drug dependency issues). The following paperwork should be completed and submitted to CRBS:

• Welfare Checklist A

For all future PVG applications the following paperwork should be used:

Organisation F is registered with the HIS as an Independent Health Care Service.

To date the organisation has not submitted any PVG applications to CRBS.

The organisation requires a PVG Scheme record disclosure for the position of day centre volunteer. The following paperwork should be completed and submitted to CRBS:
