Research into Practice Officer  - Volunteer Development Scotland
(ref. PS02.11) Grade 6, £24,332 to £31,867 Permanent

Are you an experienced researcher who can engage in the transfer of knowledge to inform volunteer development and practice? If this sounds like you and you’re ready for this challenging role, then we’d like to hear from you.

Supporting the delivery of research and evaluation, you’ll take a lead in specific areas, analysing and interpreting data, designing research briefs and evidence reviews. Reporting to the Research and Development Manager, you’ll combine your creativity with your experience of working in a contract delivery or multi-disciplinary environment and as part of a specialist team where your contribution will really count.

You’ll need advanced relationship management expertise to ensure volunteer development and practice is evidence-based, with an excellent ability to communicate research findings to our stakeholders and partners.
